Always trash on the property grounds. The dumpsters always overflowed with debris. When the wind blows it comes directly in front of my apartment establishment. When someone moves out its always furniture left on the ground. Grass has not been unkept for months, approximately 6 months. Leaves hasnt been blown since winter of 2024. Its now an infestation of possums and armadillos. Grounds need to be treated for pests and rodents.
