Athan Zeno committed a significant breach of ethics and security protocol by providing my property's lockbox code directly to a client for unaccompanied access. This level of disregard for proper procedure and client security is unacceptable. However, the exceptional professionalism of Lee Barr helped de-escalate the situation. Buying a home is one of the most important steps in life, but my experience with Brian and his loan department was extremely disappointing. I received no clear guidance or consultation — only "wait for the credit score", which caused months of delay and serious financial loss. Another officer approved my file in one day, proving that Brian gave me wrong information. If you value your time and money, I do not recommend working with this department.
Working with Abbey and her support team was fantastic! She and they were on the ball, agile and responsive through out the entire process. It was random that we got connected but we are grateful that it happened and would recommend her for anyone looking for a home.
