I’ve been a loyal customer at this salon for about a year and have always been pleased with the quality of the nail services. However, after today’s experience, I will not be returning. After completing my service and payment today, I asked my manicurist for her Venmo to leave a tip. I was talked into a hot wax nail treatment and the tech spilled hot wax all over my jeans when she removed the gloves. Unbelievably No offer of a discount on my services that day. I won’t go back.
Lena does my nails and pedicures and she does such a great job! She is very skilled in all types of nails. The salon is so nice and so are all of the people that work there. Very clean and affordable. I will recommend to everyone.
EDIT: this place has really redeemed themselves and I like going here for my brows and my pedicures at times. I think I will try a manicure one day. …………………………………………………………………………………………. I came in for a simple eyebrow waxing and waited for nearly 15 min and NO ONE and I mean NO ONE came to greet me to see what I needed help with.
