Very disappointed. In May 2026, I brought 2 rings in to be resized, both to be increased by 3 sizes. I paid several hundreds of dollars to have this done and accepted the cost, because with the addition of the extra gold being added, the weight would increase the value of the rings. Imagine my surprise, when I got the rings back and they were the same weight, as when they were dropped off, one was even less. I had an amazing experience with Jennifer last week when I inquired about wedding bands for my partner and I. She was so informative, knowledgeable, kind, and personable. It felt like chatting with an old friend - she is a beautiful soul that truly loves her job and cares about her clients!
Don't waste your time. Low selection first of all. My mom bought me a ring for Christmas. Was told it can be exchanged after the time period if it doesn't fit. Brought it back to exchange and was shown a whole bunch. At the cash the seller wanted $90 more... Didn't disclose that at all while choosing. Then when paying on pick up she wanted cash or part cash so they would save on card reader fees. Unbelievable and I'm a business owner. If you get the lady I had the second and third time run away. I had my ring sized at The One Jewellery at a fair market price. I priced out the work at five other jewelers - they matched my best price. Very good customer service. No visible sizing mark on the ring and it was sized in just a few days.
Bought my engagement ring from Joey and it was perfect! Service and product were super on point. Would recommend!
