Don't waste your time. Low selection first of all. My mom bought me a ring for Christmas. Was told it can be exchanged after the time period if it doesn't fit. Brought it back to exchange and was shown a whole bunch. At the cash the seller wanted $90 more... Didn't disclose that at all while choosing. Then when paying on pick up she wanted cash or part cash so they would save on card reader fees. Unbelievable and I'm a business owner. If you get the lady I had the second and third time run away. I had my ring sized at The One Jewellery at a fair market price. I priced out the work at five other jewelers - they matched my best price. Very good customer service. No visible sizing mark on the ring and it was sized in just a few days.

Had three broken gold chains fixed by The One Jewellery and they did a great job. Not sure if $50 for getting a gold chain fixed is market price, but they look amazing. They said it should take 2 weeks and it didn’t even take 5 days. The woman I spoke with in store was super helpful and really understands the importance of heirloom jewellery which made me feel comfortable and confident in their services.
