I only had a short interaction with Todd in regards to a house I wanted to see. He called and didn't even introduce himself after I texted him. He proceeded to immediately tell me that the agent I'm working with at a different firm was not doing her job and I should go with someone else. He did not bring up the property I wanted to see at all, just right away started attacking the agent I'm working with and was extremely condescending.
