The One FIU is the epitome of “The landlord special,” and the amount of infestations for a building so new is concerning. You’re bound to experience cold showers, a roach, silverfish or bird infestation, your dryer breaking for a month, and more for way too much. PLEASE IGNORE THE 5 STAR REVIEWS staff members were asking residents to leave positive reviews for the building, and they were being pushy about including their name in the review.

This is the worst apartment. They will charge you for so many unnecessary fees. I have tried calling and either no one answers or they have put me on hold and hung up on me. Some of the front desk employees are rude. The sidewalks are constantly filled with dog poop and because of that you don’t even get fresh air when you go outside. The side part of the building to get to another elevator is disgusting seen multiple cockroaches waiting for the elevator. Originally gave good review but upon finally leaving, my sentiment has vastly changed. Living at The One itself served its purpose. However, dealing with the front office/management is a nightmare - as they're rarely readily available to help OR in position to be of assistance. Fees are attributed to accounts without notice or explanation often (until you catch it & bring it up). tired of leaving reviews on this page, but they have not even done inspections or refunded my security deposit don’t rent here. also just saw the tiktok page where they exposed this place, def go look at that and don’t ever rent here
