Dr. Pamela and the vet technician provided very compassionate care. Explained the radiation process in detail and she recommended a conservative approach to our cat's fibro sarcoma which I appreciated. There were no surprises with the cost, we knew everything in advance. Wonderful practice! I wouldn't wish cancer on anyone's beloved fur baby but if it does happen I HIGHLY recommend TOS in Leesburg.
Everyone on the staff was great, very kind and very knowledgeable receptionist, vet assistant and Dr The Dr took the time to Discuss Option and answer questions, wasn't rushed in and out like some places
The patient information form is adequate but confusing. It asks for information on "First Pet" not the current client. The form was probably AI generated and not reviewed. Sad way to start a new client/practice relationship.
They are all fantastic and make us feel comfortable. Everyone is so nice and attentive. They make us feel comfortable. My usual nervous dog, goes right back with the staff because they make him feel like a good boy that he is.
I want to thank Dr. White for showing me the exact pictures of what happened during Emmitt’s radiation treatment. It took the mommy guilt away! Both Emmitt and myself had an excellent visit!
