The oncologist told us to ask for a referral so another hospital can treat my father who has cancer. We chose UCI Medical started calling back and forth about the referral/authorization the oncologist never sent it out and its been a month! We called the oncologist office again and they said they wont sent out a referral because theres nothing that can be done for my dad. Maybe if you sent the authorization earlier something couldve been done. If you wanna lose a family member then come here for sure
We told the staff several times to send authorization and referral to UC Irvine medical and for some reason they send the referral and authorization to other hospitals that my dads insurance doesnt cover. I always call and they give me the run around .... my dads dying I cant be calling back and forth trying to setup appointments for my father
I was helped by a girl named Ashley, I was so nervous coming here in the beginning but she explained the process and she made me feel at ease. Thank you Ashley for making my appointment with you guys so easy. I also want to mention that Ariana was also very nice 👍.
Been trying to get a referral with all the right info on it for the surgery they seem to not know how to make a referral and send it they are going by what I’m telling them what has to be on it and not going through a portal to see what info has to be on it it’s been a 1 month and a week back and fourth calling everyday to get this fixed my surgery was supposed to be in December that’s what was supposedly said !! Good luck ! I’m still trying !!!
The only reason you're getting a 1 star review is because I can't leave 0. I have been calling and texting for over. A week to get my mother an appointment. With no assistance from ANYONE. guess who decides to show up in person. Yes, me. With a handful of ladies working the front desk and the only one that made herself available was Kim even though she was busy she assisted me .
