My experience was horrible with the girl I spoke to on the phone. I’m going through a ton of stress right now not knowing if I have cancer or not. I asked her several times if she would fax over the doctor’s order of the type of bloodwork I need to Quest and she said she will do it. The next morning I leave my job to get blood drawn and Quest said they never received anything from TOI. I called and still nothing. After 90 minutes I left because I had to be somewhere. DOCTOR WAS VERY GOOD WITH HIS INFORMATION OF MY ILLNESS, ANSWERED ALL QUESTIONS AND MADE SURE I UNDERSTOOD ON HIS TREATMENT AS TIME GOES ON ,EYE CONTACT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO ME AS WELL, I RESPECT HIM AND I FEEL THE SAME IN RETURN ,
