Busy clinic, but good service!
The entire staff are very helpful kind and the wait time is very minimal
If you come here, you will be treated like an inconvenience. The woman with short dark hair, glasses, and bright red lip stick at the front counter is extremely rude after waiting in line a while, she didn’t even have the common curtesy to speak only to hand gesture me away. Finally after waiting another 15 minutes I had to get her attention for her to finally speak and tell me everything I had been waiting on had been ready since I had arrived
They cancelled my appointment literally 1hr in a half before my appointment & mind you I'm coming from Palmdale which is over a hr drive so I'm already on my way(about 5 mins away to be exact when I get the call) & mind you I've been waiting for 3 weeks for this appointment after being told after having a CT scan that the cancer is potentially spreading to my liver & spine not one employee not even the supervisor show any empathy or compassion & tried rescheduling me over the phone with a Dr that technically lives n Texas & ... read more
