The doctor was very informative and extremely empathetic towards my mom.
It's virtually impossible to make an appointment by phone. Long wait times. I tried to text them for an appointment but they did not return my text. I had to go into their office in person to make a new patient appointment.
3 out of the 4xs I called was on hold 10-20 minutes only to be hung up on. I felt for the staff because the A.c in the office was broken there were 2 fans one in the hallway another in the office. The office staff, CNA’s and Dr were respectful and welcoming.
Very friendly professional environment staff makes you feel welcomed & comfortable 😊
