I wanted to thank the front desk staff for being so helpful.
Friendly and helpful staff Limited pickup truck parking Food was good Bed was comfortable, bathroom needed a little bit of work, but minor, road noise, but to be expected in downtown Toronto, overall a good stay
Convenient location. Excellent customer service. Afternoon Tea was "ok". It wasn't my favourite but that is personal taste. I had an issue with my dinner at the Consort Lounge, but the manager was quick to respond. Beautiful hotel.
