Following up, it's been months since I've stayed at the Omni and I still have great things to say. I had shipped a package while I stayed there and there were many issues and it was eventually returned to the hotel. The staff was in touch with me and worked out a way to get it to the final destination. I'm so appreciative, especially of Cameron's help. It was above and beyond. This is certainly a place I would recommend.
