ALWAYS enjoy a great breakfast when we're in the area. The service is GREAT too. Heather always has been our waitress. The food has always been terrific. Weekends usually always mean wait lines. But, its understandable and worth it.
First time at the Omelette Factory I had a Texas chili omelet and I think the wife had a cheese omelette. The food is very good and the people there are very freindly and happy to cater to you. We’d eat breakfast there again!
Nice esthetics, friendly staff, order/service is quick and food piping hot. Anyone deciding to give this Resturant a try will be impressed.

I went here for the first time yesterday and I can’t waiy to return! My table mates ordered omelettes, and they were amazing! I ordered the special, chiliquilles and they were excellent. The service was excellent and the mimosa was huge! I’d recommend this place to everyone!!!
