The waitress was okay. My husband ordered a steak but never asked him how he wanted it cooked. He had to tell someone other than our waitress and when he got it finally it was red and the mashed potatoes were very cold. The chicken I had was not cooked all the way. The only thing that was really good about the place was the atmosphere.
We had a gathering and meal last night and everything was just Great! Thank you!!
Usually one of our local fav's, however, yesterday one person in our party was served a Reuben that was completely inedible fat & gristle. When sending it back for a burger, another waitress walked by & said "yeah, I saw how gross that looked." Where is the quality control in the kitchen?! We then had to wait around for the replacement order, with no offer of a discount, or freebie to make up for it. Kind of embarrassing in front of our out of town guests.

Hadn't been there in twenty years because we moved away from the area. Had a chance to go and we had the lobster tail dinner from the New Year's menu. It was great!!!! We always loved the ambiance there. It was wonderful sitting near the fireplace!
Great selection of beers on tap, and good food but the staff is really friendly and it's just a pleasure to spend some time there.
