I lived at The Oliver for a year and only moved to be closer to work. The leasing staff is amazing and was always very helpful whenever I needed something. I most loved the high ceilings in my unit, being walking distance to the Marta station and restaurants, and the spacious pool area. It was also very quiet inside my unit and I rarely ever heard noise from my neighbors (not my typical experience with apartments). I would highly recommend taking a tour and living at The Oliver!
We’ve been living here for over two years, and we’re truly super happy with our apartment and everything around it. The staff is absolutely wonderful — always kind, helpful, and quick to assist whenever we need something. The nearby area is also amazing — restaurants, shops, supermarkets, and even the Marta station are just steps away. We have everything we need right at our fingertips. Definitely the best place to live! 👍🏻 We 100% recommend it!
Nia was great and the leasing office was friendly
Living at the Oliver Chamblee has been a great experience. The staff is amazing, caring, kind and takes pride in the property. The community events are wonderful and the maintenance staff is fast and effiecent. And the surrounding community offer great green space restaurants and shopping.
