There is literally never anyone working at the office when they should be. They put our packages in a shared space and then lock it up unless the office is open, which makes sense except i can never access it because NO ONE IS WORKING! It's 11am on a saturday and they're supposed to open at 10. No one there. There was a "gone to refuel" sign on the desk & I waited 45 mins the other day for someone to return and they still hadn't come back. It's ridiculous
We have lived here for over two months now and wanted to leave a review. We are so pleased that we ended up renting here! We love our apartment, the location and the staff! The staff has been amazing from our very first visit. Mia was wonderful getting us into the right apartment and helpful through the process. Yesterday we had a mishap and needed to have maintenance come fix a toilet. Brandon was here super quick and did a fabulous job! They keep things very clean and are great with communication.
