Delicious, perfectly cooked & seasoned food. I chose the seared salmon, with cabbage & bacon and broccoli. Strawberry shortcake with biscuit type cake. Want to go back soon. Cynthia was terrific server.♡
Caiden was our waitress - the food & wait staff are SO good!!! The Chop chop salad, the BG salad, desserts chocolate mouse & strawberry biscuit was to die for!! Top notch place - relaxing, fun, hip!
A tale of two experiences...We had a large group of 8 adults and had made a reservation at least a month before we dined. We arrived about a half hour early and informed the hostess asking if our reservation was on schedule....the response was "Yes". We decided to head next door for a cocktail as The Oliver's bar area was very crowded. At our reservation time, we checked back in and was told it could be another 20-30 minutes. We had a great time today! My 5 years old loves his sloppy joe's and my 3 years old lover her sweet potato Mac&cheese. She doesn't normally eat sweet potato. My cocktails and shrimp Louie salad was refreshing and delicious. My husband got sloppy joe's as well but his served on steam bun and it is so so good. The menu is quite big and have lots to offer. We don't normally like the big menu but I think they did well. We will miss Republica but we love The Oliver

Our first time there. The food and cocktails were great as was the service and atmosphere. Great addition to the Plaza line up. We will definitely be back.
