Is my food ever coming! – My wife and I have been going to The Old Spaghetti Factory for years and never really had too many problems but we were also unfortunate enough to venture in on Mother's Day this year. We had a party of 8 and the staff put together 2 square tables with a round one in the middle of them to accommodate us. Should I get my food myself?! – I am manager at a local restuarant and this was by far the worst service I have ever had! I have worked in the resturaunt industry for 8 years now and I thought I had seen the good the bad and the ugly... Now I have! Best Pizza anywhere – This restraunt has serious issues. The food is good and the building is nice and clean. But the employees about every time I go there they sit my family next to the bathrooms or the kitchen and I wonder if its because my family is of the beautiful African American race. Coinsedeance? I think not. And I will never eat there again unless I turn white. So if your white then go ahead and eat there because you will get seated quick and your food will come fast. Yummy food, fun atmosphere – OSF is always a fun place to go with small groups, and the food is always delicious (get mizithra cheese if you haven't tried it!!). Not a romantic place at all, and the wait is generally at least 20-30 minutes at minimun on weekends, but I've never had poor service & always get great food! Plus the free spumoni (spelling?) ice cream at the end, is so good. Love this place!
