We went during lunch time and it was not super busy but we got to our table which was very nice the view was great we got our drinks and order our appetizer when we got it , i was not very happy with it they over cooked the cheese and the middle seemed to be a little cold the rest of the meal was great , our waitress was super friendly. We really had a good time

It was a great experience. I've been here a number of times when we would have a gathering of some sort at work, so when our family wanted to meet while relatives were in town from Boise, I suggested this Spaghetti Factory, instead of the one in Clackamas, because of the view, etc. I was a hero, because the service was great, the food good as usual, and very accommodating of our large group, of about 15. My nephew has already suggested we go here again next time.

The food was delish but our service sucked! Well service for my cousin not me. Asked for a soda and she brought mine back but not hers and she asked several times and still never got it.
