RecommendedA shining example of what a help run restaurant can be.
I'm only recommending this place for the cheese curds. The cheese curds were AMAZING! The service was crappy and our sandwiches were just okay. Our pink haired waitress never introduced herself or gave any typical restaurant greeting, she simply said 'do you want something to drink?' she never refilled our drinks and the only removed 1 plate for prebussing. my husband's Ruben was dry and my Old Fashioned burger was just okay and their french fries tasted like they came from GFS or the local grocery store.
Rude waiter, and when I went in to use the bathroom, they interrogated me about whether I was eating at their restaurant or not. 🤦♀️
Cheese curds were so tasty!! all the food was delicious
So glad outside patio dining is open. Great view of the Capitol. Huge Fish Fry, Great sandwiches. Sunday Brunch Bratwurst Benedict is a favorite. Take home a jar of their Old Fashioned Cherry Jam.

Amazing food as always! Couldn’t dine in so we did a curbside pickup. Great customer service and easy ordering process. Will definitely be back soon!
Great restaurant in Madison on the Square and reasonably price for the area.
