I made my first visit to Sun Prairie's own The Oilerie store today. I was happy that I don't have to drive to Door County to get great oils. Lori, the owner, was so helpful and a pleasure to chat with today. I'm looking forward to trying the Pear Balsamic that Lori recommended. I'm super happy that they also carry toasted sesame oil for next our Thai or Chinese recipe.
