Like most folks, I didn't fully understand the difference between real quality E.V.O.O. and the grocery store junk I have consumed my entire life. The difference is absolutely astounding and I could never dream of using the fake stuff after tasting the magic that comes from a bottle of your oil. Lori and her staff are very helpful and knowledgeable, and I'm so pleased to have a convenient location that will always keep me coming back to try something new.

Wonderful shop,and the staff is super helpful. The EVOO, and balsamic we got may have saved dinner (and our farm market produce ) tonight. We used up some fading produce by tossing pattipans, eggplant, peppers, onions, garlic, and red radishes jn their fab evoo and balsamic, roasted it all, and discovered heaven! Their enthusiasm for the product will inspire you to explore the possibilities. The products will make everything taste new and unique.
