First had to wait 6 months for an appointment. When I finally got an appointment my Dr was in the room for all of maybe 1.5 minutes. She didn’t touch my stomach. Did not order scans like I wanted. I told her I wanted to find the cause and not just medicate blindly, but she ignored me and put on a very high dose of a medication. The medicine made everything worse. OSU Gastroenterology is horrible and incompetent. I would not go to this hospital for your gastrology needs. I waited for months for an appointment. A week before the appointment they called and said they needed to canceled the appointment and said their next available appointment was 9-months away.

Had a really negative experience with this office. Received an abundance of incorrect information from Mary in gastro clinic regarding my referral. Was told repeatedly my referral was incorrect and needed a gastro-diagnosis. Called back in and spoke to Madison who told me my referral has a gastro-diagnosis but that it wasn't accepted by their office and that my provider had to re-write my referral to fit their billing needs.
