The owners or this company are very talented and cleaver but that is not a good thing for anyone who deals with them. They don't have the finances to back up what they claim. I was lured into an investment to help the owner - John Lopes, cover cost to finish a property and start another. I was promised a 90 day turnaround. After the 90 days it was hard to make contact with John, a former friend and business associate, but when i did the response was 'oh, just another couple of weeks and we're going to settlement'.
