Amazing Service & Wonderful Cuisine!!! We will definitely return many times!!!
Celebrating my mother's birthday. Service was horrible. We were a party of 10. Half the table received their appetizers and entrees. The other half received their food 20 minutes after the first half were served. The second half were missing an entree and several side dishes. We Received entrees but no side dishes. I thought this was quite odd. The server didn't return promptly to ask is everything ok. I had to leave the table to get assistance. I am deeply disappointed with the service at Oceanaire in Atlanta.
I celebrated my birthday here. The seafood was fresh and delicious. The truffle mashed potatoes were phenomenal. My husband had the the prime rib ribeye and that was cooked to perfection. Our server was Claire she was very knowledgeable and attentive. They are very detailed. They even had my name on our menus. The service was excellent. My only problem was the explanation of the Awards program. It was not very clear and then we received a 25.00 dollar charge added to our bill for it. Here is the thing: the food is always good and fresh. The crab cakes? 90% crab. The rest of the additives are there to season or hold the crab in place. ���
