I'm very disappointed about the service we received the past few times we visited this restaurant. This was one of our favorite places to eat, but the service has gotten so bad we have decided to never go back. Today we took friends from out of town to celebrate my mother in law's birthday, and I was embarrassed by how bad of service we received. And to top it off, we were charged 18% gratuity for waiting over two hours for our food to come.

The worst food I have gotten in a long time and the service was so slow we had to wait one hour before we got our food. Mine was not even edible.
A group that arrived AFTER us got seated before us because they were friends with a staff member, we had to request utensils, we ordered fried pickles and received a very small portion of burnt and not fresh pickles, the cinnamon apples were cold when brought out, steak was ordered as medium and came out well done, the broccoli was raw. But the carrots were good.
We go there all the time. I enjoy eating there. Favorite thing is the rolls and fried pickles. They make the best margaritas I've ever tasted. Last night I got exactly what I ordered but my fiancé didn't like his steak all that much. One tiny mess up but its alright it won't make me stop going there. Great service and our waitress was nice as all get out. Keep up the good work oasis.
Saturday afternoon and there's an entire section with no one sitting in it. Apparently servers don't come in for a few more minutes so we were told we'd have to wait that long to be seated. A hungry husband and 4 year old means that is not happening. I'll spend my money at a place that wants to serve us food when we get there!
