Excellent service and very nice waitress but don't remember her name !!!
Me and some of my co workers got together at the Oasis in eddyville. Everything was fine until a girl that used to work with us came out with some of our food. When we respectfully asked for her not to return to our table she called one of my coworkers a "b****". We had even went as far as to go outside so we were not in her section. The food wasn't anything special. I ordered a chicken sandwich with cheese and bacon. The chicken didn't have much flavor. Our service was absolutely horrible! We waited 10 minutes for someone to get our drink order and they weren't even busy. Our waitress was constantly disappearing. I asked for a to go and after 10 minutes I went and go it myself. I voiced my displeasure to our waitress but she just made excuses. We will never eat here again.
A party of at least 10 was just kicked out of the establishment due to a server saying that things were said to her that were not; even the waitress that was waiting on the party stated that other individual cursed and talked bad to the party. Poor business tactics.
Had the fried fish for lunch...wonderful n love it..
Poor service from the manager and the upper management. Myself and my coworkers were treated horribly because we requested another server due to conflict issues with an ex coworker. We respectfully have told them on multiple occasions that we prefer to not have this person as a waiter. I was called "bitch" and "we've had words before" .. ?? .. all due to me requesting a this waiter to not serve our food. Good place to eat and chill out good service and good people
We were really excited to find this on the way home from Tennessee. Unfortunately it wasn't as good as we thought it would be. Food was mediocre. Potatoes tasted funny. Just not a fan!
The food was delicious.The service could have been better but we allowed for it being a very busy night and still tipped our waitress over 18%.
