SERVICE TERRIBLE, FOOD TERRIBLE & MANAGEMENT RIDICULOUS!! Waited 20min just to get our drinks.. asked for rolls twice finally got them after about another 15min..after we finally got to order waitress came back 15min later to tell us they didn't have what we ordered!! Ordered something else finally got it 30min later and to find out it was wrong. Then got charged 20 dollars for a bottle of wine which mind u only ordered a glass..food all wrong service terrible!! Came in hungry and happy. Worst service of my life. Just terrible.
Our meal was wonderful! My husband offered to kiss the cook in the mouth, because his steak was so good!
Absolutely love this place! Every time we come to Venture River it's a must we stop here. The service is great! Love the atmosphere and the blooming onion! 👏🏻 Great place

Poor poor service. We just left and my waitress knows we were not happy, because she didn't receive a tip, but did receive a note of all the things that were wrong. Some may say that I am wrong for not leaving a monetary tip but sorry I don't leave tips when the service is not right. Need to check those beans and the rice also, because those beans had to be atleast a week old and the rice was so crunchy and dry. Not a plesant experience this time around so will most likely never be back.
