The apartment was fine except the walls got stuff from the sink on their permanent,the paint on the walls fell off,and it’s expensive.
I’ve experienced several ongoing issues with this apartment complex that makes living here frustrating and difficult. I would not advise anyone to move here. For starters, the building itself is very fragile and constantly seems to be breaking down. Since the complex was built during the COVID era, it must be due to the low-quality or cheap materials they were used. What a joke. Talks about "affordability" yet a 2 bedroom is nearly 1800 a month. Imagine a single mother trying to live off of that. Very small window to qualify.
