Since moving in my experience has been great. Patrick has been very welcoming and has helped with a few things around the house. This is a quaint community.. extremely clean and friendly. I have no complaints. Everyone seems pretty nice here.
For whatever reason my dryer machine simply stopped getting hot. Edwin on the Maintenance team came in to replace it today and had me up and running in no time. Always pleasant conversations & laughs, with follow up ?s to ensure there isn’t anything more that he can assist with. Oasis at Crosstown definitely lives up to their name and they take pride in making sure their tenants are taken care of.
Going on 4yrs here and it just gets better and better from all of the activities each month, the pool is your own little Oasis. The amazing staff and shout out to maintenance..Patrick fixing my AC at 7pm on a Friday night in 5min :)
I want to shout out Edwin from maintenance he is always there with a friendly smile and a warm greeting and makes my day a little brighter. Very friendly staff all the way around!!
What can I say? My experience here at Oasis has been nothing but the best. Place is clean, people are nice and friendly, and employees are amazing. Have to give a huge shout out to Edwin, he’s been very helpful and has gone above and beyond. Has a positive attitude and willing to work with me on everything. No task is too small for him to handle, great guy. Oasis will be recommended to all my friends and families.
