I moved in this apartment in 2025. People are very nice and quickly response to my request. Letzy, Leasing manager, has been wonderful. The best thing about this apartment is the location. So convenient to everything in Orlando.
Property is very well maintained, the staff is very helpful and maintenance is done quickly and professionally when needed.
As someone who is self-employed, the application process was surprisingly smooth. Letzy was extremely helpful in explaining the documents I needed, and the team responded quickly every time I reached out. They were organized, friendly, and made me feel confident throughout the whole process. I genuinely appreciate their professionalism and support.
