i’ve been here a year now and the leasing manager mariam is literally the best she help me transfer into my new unit and it was as smooth as it could’ve been.she even blessed the whole apartment complex with breakfast and coffee .
These apartments don’t even deserve 1 star! RAT AND ROACH INFESTED!!!! OVERLY PRICED HOOD APARTMENTS!! MAINTENANCE WILL LITERALLY SPRAY SOME FOAM SHIT AND SAY OK HOLES ARE CLOSED… ALL THE WHILE RATS ARE STILL COMING INTO THE UNIT…. New management just as dumb as the old one… MAILBOXES ARE OFTEN BROKEN INTO AND THE OFFICE DOES NOTHING TO FIX THE SITUATION.. Had scheduled an appointment for 1:30. Drove an hour to get here and when I arrive it says the office is closed and doors are all locked. I waited outside for half an hour and tried to call them but no one responded. It’s very telling to me that if this is how they treat people interested in renting then they certainly don’t care about the people renting
