Had scheduled an appointment for 1:30. Drove an hour to get here and when I arrive it says the office is closed and doors are all locked. I waited outside for half an hour and tried to call them but no one responded. It’s very telling to me that if this is how they treat people interested in renting then they certainly don’t care about the people renting
DO NOT MOVE HERE THEY ARE ROACH INFESTED PROPERTY IS OLD SO ITS A HEALTH HAZARD… ROACHES BEEN HERE IN ALL THE UNITS. THEY MOVE APPLIANCES FROM ONE APARTMENT TO THE OTHER. THEY CHARGE YOU FOR PARKING WHEN YOU PAY RENT AND THE PRICES GO UP EVERY YEAR. Q-10 IS THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL PLACE THERE IS. PLEASE DONT DO BUSINESS WITH UNPROFESSIONAL ERICKA CARDONA. Just want to personally share my experience after moving in a few days ago…first off Erica was great I seen a review about her possibly racist which is not true also she has great customer service even invited me to the office for nachos and painting. Quiet apartments very clean maintenance come same day when needed everything is being worked on efficiently highly recommended!
