Gyler management is making the property into a dumpster fire. The current maintenance team especially Jose don't know how to fix anything, they have terrible attitudes, and will break anything more if they try to fix it. The office staff isn't any better. They lack communication barely respond, and don't bother sending them emails since it would appear they can't read and respond out of topic. They're hours of operation doesn't matter, they show up and leave whenever they want. Don't move in to a gyler management property.
Im one of the longest residents staying here. I'm not happy with how things are going living with no security no cameras, and everyone can walk in and out of the gates don't lock the roaches are bad, and more. This property used to be a decent place to live. More than that, they have sold this place once again; this is the 4th company that has purchased this site, and 14 different managers are insane to me. These apartments is false advertisement. They might look nice on the outside, but they are horrible. I called HAA. They cooperate management, but it does not fight. The fact that these apartments are infested with roaches not just one unit not just two unit 3 to 4 unit units. The residents that are there are OK with the situation at that property has or their unit has been cleared for years and that’s why they’re there. Wonderful place to live they have so many activities for the kids, fun things like raffles to where you can win things they sometimes include breakfast. Also they do special things for holiday such as Thanksgiving and Christmas and Easter. New management completely turned around the entire apartments from the Old management. The neighbors are amazing. Everybody is very quiet. It’s very peaceful to live there. The office is always willing to help you and they’re very persistent on getting anything fixed that you need fixed. They take your needs very important. And the manager Miriam goes above and beyond to make sure as well as her office employee make sure everybody is happy and can enjoy themselves Community
