Lovely place and great services Great place to go. A friend gave me a gift certificate for my birthday. I had gone to many other spas and she always raved about this one but I never went. Then I used the gift certificate -- and I knew why she always raved. Everything was wonderful -- from the time I entered, thru the massage, until I left. Big Surprise, Highly Recommended I had heard people say great things about The Oaks Botanical Spa over the years, but frankly, I did not feel like changing my therapist, so I never stop in. When my therapists from another spa canceled on me, I went in for a massage. BIG surprise! Affordable and very skilled staff! Really, I have to say it is the nicest Spa I have been to. I am planning on taking my boyfriend there since they have this couple massage service with a fireplace. That's gonna be very interesting experience.
Definitely recommended Everyone working at The Oaks botanical Spa provided skilled hands, knowledgeable product and treatment advice, with no pressure to buy. Their pricing list is above average; but their treatments are very good and effective. My friends and I were scheduled for one appt each, but ended up getting more treatments (w/out appts). Definitely recommended.

Went to Oaks for therapeutic deep tissue massage to break up scar tissue on my back. Was treated like royalty. I was impressed with Sarah's knowledge & courtesy. It was obvious to me that Sarah knows her business. I was given an expert massage & was treated with the utmost courtesy by everyone on staff. Would highly recommend.
The owner have the worst customer service skills. He has a issue with african american. He lump all african american in one catagory. He kept saying yall people. I paid for my services with no problem. As I was waiting for the rest of my party to get finish. He told me to leave the building. I was just sitting waiting not causing no problems.
Best trained therapists – I have gone to many of the so called top spas in Cleveland but The Oaks Botanical Spa gets my vote every time. I believe the reason is the training that the staff has. I heard the owner is a massotherapist and it makes sense why everyone there is excellent.
Glad we discovered this place – We recently discovered The Oaks Botanical Spa and I am glad we did. The staff is friendly, professional and very accommodating. The services we received are truly the best in town. Highly recommended!!!
