I don't know how the new owner Jeff sleeps at night knowing he's stealing from this community through their water bills. It's extremely sad how the new owner Jeff and the new manager Victoria are treating this community. All the reviews about them being bullies are absolutely true. They'll give you your bill with a water/sewer charge but then when you ask what your meter read so you know what your charges are being based off of, they WILL NOT respond back. I have been trying to get ahold of the office for the last week to get my mail box keys and no one is up there during office hours and voicemail box to office phone is full. It is Sunday and I saw management outside and asked her if I could have my mail box keys that I paid for at the postal office and she told me no she’s not working today….. awesome management if you could be open during office hours that would be so wonderful
It's the best trailer park on Getty Street
We contacted management this morning and of course no response no answer! We wake up this morning and there are 2 cars of homeless people sleeping outside of our home! I understand that these things happen in the world today but when the people who are supposed to maintain and take care of the park don't even respond to you and or any complaints exactly what are they good for!
