Excellent service as usual,staff is wonderful couldn't ask for better service
I had my 6 month checkup as scheduled yesterday. These appointments are scheduled far in advance so my schedule had changed. It was so nice speaking with the receptionist when she asked if the time was still good for me and she was able to move it from 4 pm to 11 am for my convenience. The staff is friendly and professional not to mention with in 15 minutes of my house. I can’t think of anything this staff needs to improve. Great visit as always.
I absolutely love everyone at this office! If you want personal and professional all in one, this is the office for you!

Super friendly, punctual, and knowledgeable staff. Dr. Mizzell is extremely friendly, and shows great care when dealing with dental issues without doling out any criticism or being dismissive of concerns. The office staff is very quick in responding to inquiries and their scheduling is on point, and retain the same courteous attitude every time I've been there. I personally consider The Oaks Dental Group to be a gold-standard that all other media offices should strive to emulate. I am proud to be one of their patients.
We always appreciate the care we receive from Oaks Dental. I've been a patient since my childhood and I brought my husband along when we married almost 30 years ago. No plans to change!
Dr. Mizzell !! Is Wonderful. He is the best dentist . I feel very comfortable with him. He doesn’t hurt you. I don’t even know when I am getting the needle.
From the front desk till I went to the back was amazing.Im 36 weeks pregnant N Dr.Hardin made my fill in painless and comfortable. I have found my new family Dentist.
Love all the doctors have been going to them for ever. They are very caring and understanding. They listen to what the patients has to say about their input. Never any pressure on the patients just like family.
