They Cater To Cowards and Scaredy Cats!!! I have a phobia of going to the dentist. I make appointments then reschedule then cancel then reschedule. The Oaks Dental Group in Berea is absolutely the BEST!!!! They take their time with me and tell me everything they are going to do and kept asking if I was ok. They cater to cowards! I love the staff there and I don't mind going to the dentist anymore. I recommend them to anyone!!!
During a time when we needed some immediate attention, The Oaks Dental Group responded in an excellent way. Understood our dilemma and made the appropriate appointment in a timely manner. Have been a patient of this group for a very long time (55 years) and we have always received excellent care for all family members. Very thankful for this group of dedicated dental professionals.
I'm one of those blessed with tooth troubles from a very young age. With the crowns and spacers as a child to the more routine cleaning and exams as a young teen, I still look forward to going to the dentist. I think that says a lot for the entire dental team from the friendly receptionists to the host of workers in the back (cleaning, x-rays, and various doctors). I'm thankful for and brag on "My Dentist" which includes everyone there.

My visit to the Oaks was, as always, a great experience as far as dental checkups go! The wait time in the lobby was short. The hygienist was professional and thoughtful. The dentist was thorough and professional as well. The front office staff was warm and friendly.
