We only lived here for a short 3 months, however it could not have gone by any faster. There was never any parking, EVER. On our third night at the complex, someone tried to steal our vehicle. Luckily for us they were too stupid to figure out how to get the truck in drive. had the gates not been broken and wide open on this night, this may not have happened. We moved here in 2017 and really liked the complex -\-\ then it sold to a different real estate company and since then they have been subpar. The front desk staff is unhelpful -\-\ requests will go unnoticed until escalated to management (because management knows nothing about the requests). It took us 2 months to get an air filter, 4 months to get a new trash can when our neighbor STOLE our assigned one. I love ONP! It’s so clean and quiet, plus the apartments stylish without a crazy price tag. Graham and Cori are awesome and maintenance is always on their game with responding to requests. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a front office that was so well maintained! The gym, pool, game room, and patio are gorgeous and there’s even a starbucks machine! Neighbors will be neighbors but it’s nice to see management try and get everyone on the same page.
Very frustrating to seek a quiet clean place after flooding. Told there was no damage from Harvey, only to find out the day after signing the lease that there was damage and drywall work was needed in apartment. Then cockroaches requiring weeks of treatment, and now they have torn down and are rebuilding the ceiling in breezeway outside and over our door so we can be in a construction zone here for days while trying to work. They should have been honest up front instead of the manager just smiling and saying it will be okay.... read more
