If I could give this place a negative review I would. My wife and I have been tenants here for 5 years and now we are forced to move. The Oaks has lowered their standards for tenants and we have a family of 6 living upstairs from us and absolutely low class and nasty is the only way I can describe them. They constantly make noise at all hours and smoke pot in the apartment. I have call the police on them numerous times and have reported them to the management company but nothing has been done.
