We moved into our Pulte house in June 2014. The past 1 year, we started observing large cracks on the floor, which ran from one end of the house to the other. After discussing with my neighbors, it seems that at least another 3 houses built during the same time by Pulte have the exact same issue. These cracks extended beyond the indoors, and I noticed it on the concrete outside the house as well.
