The HOA & its officers are completely lacking in integrity & respect for other Homeowners & their rights. This was my hibiscus plant that my husband gifted me while we were still dating. The HOA President himself did a bunch of unacceptable obnoxious things including coming onto our property & destroying this healthy blooming plant by cutting off all its flowers, while the other officers did nothing & condoned the creepy behavior.
