I am a former employee from The Oaks at Bethesda! Working for Trilogy allowed me to grow in my nursing career. The management staff provided me with a schedule that allowed me to complete my education and still work with the wonderful resident. This LTC facility is not only a great place to work but an amazing place where your loved one can stay while recuperating from an illness or enjoying the companionship through the retirement years when unable to live alone.
The oaks at Bethesda is an amazing company to be a part of! We are able to give so many opportunities to not only the team but our customers as well! What other Ltc takes the resident on retreats, has theme dinner, theme weeks, takes the residents as many places for experiences as possible! Our customer satisfaction says it all! #3 out of 107, and our team is rated #1 out of 107! You can’t ask for a better experience!
