We have lived her 3 years this July. we have had no problems. neighborhood is quiet, neighbors are friendly, I personally love all the trees and seeing the kids play outside at the park. The office staff is friendly and helpful. I love the home freebies every month. They keep the pool crystal blue and ready to use. I like being part of the Oaks at Arlington.
