Please don't waste your time or money renting out these apartments. They are old. Any thing will brake far as toilet paper holder to the towel holder. There are no many dangerous drugs addicts constantly walking aroung especially at night. I promise you will regret it. My first year, I witnessed a drive by right outside my apartment. This has been one of the most stressful and poorly managed housing experiences I’ve ever had. Many of the most serious issues began after I discovered I was being charged approximately $400 more in rent than new tenants were paying for comparable units at The Oaks.
