I love my new apartment it's spacious. The ladies in the office are wonderful to work with. Maintenance is always helpful when needed. It's also close to everything in athens. I also want to add that there is lots of closet space which is needed when you have kids.
Feels like home I’ve really enjoyed living at The Oaks Apartments. It’s a peaceful community, and everything is kept clean and taken care of. The office staff is always friendly and easy to talk to — they actually listen and get things done when you need help. Maintenance is quick and professional, which I really appreciate.
I’ve lived here for over 3 years and couldn’t be happier with my decision to live here. From the office ladies help to the guys helping with any maintenance requests I had, I would recommend the oaks to anyone looking in the area!
