Quaint and calm The best thing about the studio here is that it's a big size, and split so that there's a living area and a bedroom area. My building faces i4 and up until several weeks ago that wasn't an issue, but with the removal of the tree line the noise has risen considerably, once construction is completed and the wall erected this will be a non issue.
