During the process of applying and touring the apartment Abby and Oniya were amazing in answering any questions I had. They allowed the leasing process to go smoothly, made sure I had the information I needed and gave a good tour and explanation of the building.
Oniya was very helpful and called me back when they missed my call within 2 hours! Sent me everything I needed, despite difficulties otherwise with my portal.
I went on a tour of studio apartments led by Oniya. Not only did she show us that one, but once she heard my preferences, she was able to check the schedule and see if she could fit me in at a tour for one of their complexs that better fit my needs! Not only did she sell the place so well, but did her own calculations of what any fees or utilities may cost! I can’t recommend her enough!
Madison helped me out today, i asked for information on the best priced apartments and she sent me a list immediately. She’s super great.
