We lived in The Oakman for two years and it was nothing but perfect. The entire staff is friendly, ready to help and make you feel welcome! Chris, Heather made sure to help us anytime we needed them. Highly recommend staying here :)
We lived in The Oakman for a year and it was wonderful. The staff were incredibly kind, hospitable, and warm, and really loved our kids. Chris, Heather, and Kit really stood out in particular, making a house a home. Highly recommend! The playroom is awesome too.
Their valet parking is pure fraud. They overcharged me for $12 additionally to $8 I paid via ParkWhiz for 2h with no explanation even though I was parked there for 1 hour. The manager and the parking guy were rude and said that they are not giving me my car back unless I pay them. Never ever park here. If the Oakman management allows that I’m sorry for the residents.

Jose is the rudest doorman!!! Absolutely unhelpful. Refused to let me contact the super regarding mail they threw away (a federal felony). At some point he even lectured me over the phone. Ever since this place changed management companies, management here became the absolute worse. Terrible experience and no one should ever live here. Apologies to Chris and Heather, they were amazing and helped the best they could.
