Tis apartment complex is poorly manafged and maintained. If you contact the office regarding concerns they will retailiate and harass the tenant. Was shown a unit then after turing on utilities was advised the unit promised was no longer available. Police are on premises all the time handleing domestic dispute, drup activity, and criminal mishief. Property grounds are not maintained. WARNING ************* - Building Foundations causes flooding throughout the complex. Inside and Outside of Apartments. - NEW management disregarded my inconveniences over the past 6 months (1/2021 - 7/2021) and WITHHELD MY SECURITY DEPOSIT because I didn't notify them through letter that I would be gone at the end of my lease. - Sewage Issues Underground. Both of my tubs sat with Water, Fecal matter and tissue for 3 days because maintenance could not fix the issue so they finally called a professional on the 3rd da... read more

Staff are rude I have been trying to reach someone on the phone every day for a week. In addition to the automated system that requires you to leave a message and wait for a call back, (a call I never received, btw), the one time that I did get an actual person on the phone, she was very rude and started talking about me “asking all these questions” to her coworker(s) while I was still on the phone! I would rather live in a cardboard box on the street than to have these rude/unprofessional people managing any property I live... read more
Horrible place Roach infestation like I’ve never witnessed in my life. Horrible up keep on units. When it rains outside it rains inside. No promises in the lease have been upheld. Period don’t waste your money.

Great Place I have had a wonderful experience here at Broadmoore Gardens. The staff works very hard to make the residents happy. They have fixed any problem that I have had in a timely fashion. The property manager has had no problem with meeting with me personally to answer any questions that I've had and to listen to and help resolve any problems. The staff is amazing and you can really tell that they are working to improve the property every single day. I would (and have) recommended Broadmoore Gardens to friends.

DO NOT MOVE HERE! THESE APARTMENTS ARE INFESTED WITH ROACHES! I PICKED UP MY KEYS AND MY ROOM DOOR DID NOT EVEN HAVE A DOOR KNOB! I OPENED MY REFRIGERATOR AND ROACHES CAME OUT. I OPENED MY OVEN AND THERE WERE DEAD ROACHES! WHEN I MOVED MY REFRIGERATOR ROACHES RAN EVERYWHERE. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!
Pathetic place to live I have lived here a few months. Since I moved in I have experienced various issues with the apartment unit and the staff. I have had to call the police on my rowdy neighbors because the security that works here is unable to do their job. The office staff are all useless when it comes to solving problems. I have called to report serious issues within my apartment unit and some of the office workers lied to me (by saying that the issue was being resolved although Nobody had been to even look at the unit)... read more
