I am constantly impressed with how quickly maintenance requests are addressed. I have never had to wait more than 48 hours for maintenance, even if the problem is minor. Misael is usually the person taking care of my maintenance requests and he’s been so kind and helpful. Building management does a good job of prioritizing the needs of residents.

I've lived here 2 years because moving is not something I like to do and they also accept dogs here. But honestly you over pay and they under deliver and just hike up prices. I can't wait to move out because you pay so much for so little. It's not worth the money you pay in my opinion but I guess it could be worse..... Very outdated. Bedroom gets so hot because the A/C is only in the the living room. Two washers two dryers downstairs, and you'd be lucky if they are always working at the same time. It was 2.00 to wash and dry... read more
