Misael Gomez is a great maintenance worker he comes over fast and gets the job done even if there’s other problems going on that you might’ve missed to mention.

I am constantly impressed with how quickly maintenance requests are addressed. I have never had to wait more than 48 hours for maintenance, even if the problem is minor. Misael is usually the person taking care of my maintenance requests and he’s been so kind and helpful. Building management does a good job of prioritizing the needs of residents.
Ismael was wonderful! Nicest and best maintenance guy yet!
