I eat at The Oak Barrel at least once a month. The food is always excellent, they offer a great beer/drink selection, in a comfortable setting that’s as good for a family dinner as it is for date night. The staff is friendly, helpful and will treat you right.
My brother and my steak was Well done, I asked for Med-Well. The Fish was not that crispy on the Fish & Chips my Aunt ordered. The Chicken Stew was awful and lacked flavor. I personally NEVER have to dine there again.
Been here a few times now. Ate dinner once, appetizers and drinks another, and drinks before a movie the most recent time. Service and food were great.
Nasty, definitely not worth the price. The onion rings came out overly salty and undercooked. My chicken and waffles was over cooked, shoe leather is less dry than that chicken. The waffle...... That waffle.... How do you mess up a waffle? They sure figured a way to do it considering I could barely cut through it with a fork and knife. Save yourself the time and don't eat here
We were looking for somewhere new for dinner tonight. We actually found the place by accident and we were pleasantly surprised. We had three different meals, walleye, ribs and a Cuban sandwich all of which were delicious. Good fast service and reasonable prices. We will definitely be back.
