My wife and I were introduced to Tim and Drew and the excellent crew at Nutrition Hub. From my experience they are all extremely professional, and knowledgeable of nutritional needs. I have had several flavors of shakes, and followed up with the morning tea in exchange for coffee. The tastes of both are really good...and the protein in the shakes sustain my appetite and energy till noon. I will try the weight loss challenge to see if I am able to take off some winter pounds. Results to be determined!
