I love how easy going the atmosphere is here! I've always preferred to drink my meals and out of our laziness I will starve myself just because I don't want to cook/make anything. Drew set me up with a program and I am happy to say I haven't been hungry at all the past month. I've gained about 4 lbs and felt much less inflamed than usual. Most shakes mess with my stomach but I haven't had any stomach upset and stay full for hours!
