I am now going through a lawyer against one of their property managers trying to charge me a fee illegally. I rather pay a lawyer than give them the satisfaction of scamming people out of money.
I am seeking a lawyer now , I have a balance that I didn't owe now I am unable to renew and have no where to go. They don't answer or help. I know others in my complex that had this illegal fraudulent balance as well over 1,200 and some more . I will be looking into class action lawsuit
I called several times to speak with the district manager overseeing my building. I waited the 24 business hours, which is four days, and nothing. I called again and got an email from someone beneath them reassuring they would call back about my property at the end of the week, because they were “out in the field,” like that means they can’t pick up a phone and speak with someone for fifteen minutes in this mobile world with laptops for recording information gathered on a call. Fraudulent, they put charge on my son from costa Mariposa. He never signed a lease and he was 17 when he left for college, I called and spoke with the woman over the property and she stated that they charge anyone 18 or over, he was not 18. Also how do you charge an occupant who never signed the lease. This is ridiculous and they need to be investigated.
