Eugene, Kim did a phenomenal job with my massage. He was able to pinpoint and target the sore intense muscles I had in the very limited time we had together. Looking forward to come back and get other massage with him for a longer session
The atmosphere at The Now in Silver Lake is extremely calming and relaxing. Yami is one of the best massage therapists I have ever had. She intuitively knew exactly what I needed. Her level of professionalism and knowledge are truly appreciated. I left feeling completely restored. Also, I had one of the best night's sleep that I have had in a very long time after her treatment. I can't wait to return. Thank you, Yami!
UPDATE: left a dissatisfied review here about the slightly less ideal massage experiences I have had here and a transaction issue from my last visit. Tiara from the office promptly called me to extend her apologies, fix the transaction issue and offered an incredibly generous solution along with a recommendation of a therapist I should try moving forward. Stunned and very impressed with that level of customer service
I had a 50 minute deep tissue now massage with Gerry G and he was excellent. Super firm (as I like it), and expertly focused on my problem areas. Also a great listener & communicator. Will definitely come back for him again! The whole Now experience is welcoming, calming and thoughtful.
