I’d like to thank Sofia, Glen, and the whole team at Novus for their amazing care. It was my first time getting a full blood analysis, and it was really interesting to learn more about how my body works. Sofia was wonderful — she explained everything clearly, from what’s needed to what’s not, and her advice on daily habits and supplements was incredibly helpful. I especially appreciated how easy she made it to understand, since English isn’t my first language. Thank you so much!
I'm from Brazil, I made a trip to California this summer, and contacted Novus Center for taking a P-Shot, as this treatment is not available in Brazil. I made an appointment by e-mail, everything simple and easy. I arrived at the appoointed time and was greeted by Glen (I'm not sure, but I think he is the manager). The Phoenix is a scam and it doesn’t work at all. Mine broke after three weeks and they would not replace it and it did not help my situation in any way whatsoever. An absolute waste of money do not buy!
I was diagnosed 11 years ago with autoimmune hypothyroidism, and gastroparesis. Amazingly I found out about the Novus Center on YouTube. I then contacted them and Cameron Garcia answered.
